  • All velvet pumpkin sales are final. Because each pumpkin is handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Each Robustelli Ventures velvet pumpkin is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in size, shape, stem appearance, fabric placement, and overall finish are part of what makes each pumpkin unique.

    Colors and patterns may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in the fabric.

  • Always pick up and carry your pumpkin from the base - never by the stem. Our pumpkins feature natural dried stems, which can be delicate and may loosen or break if used as a handle.

    Damage caused by lifting or carrying a pumpkin by its stem is not considered a product defect.

  • We want you to love your order! If your pumpkin arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

  • No. Our velvet pumpkins are decorative items and are not intended to be used as toys. Please keep them out of reach of small children and pets.
